Hergenrother Realty Group’s vision is to change the way people live and play. HRG was founded by Adam Hergenrother in October 2011 to foster leadership and leverage among Realtors across the country. By providing their agents with exceptional centralized services, including world class coaching, training, administrative support, and lead generation, they allow agents to focus on their ONE thing – helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate.
HRG is headquartered in Colchester, VT. Their flagship team opened in October 2011 in Portland, Maine. In under a year, their model, systems, and training took a $7 million a year producer and created a $25 million dollar producer. Four years later, the Portland team is #1 in the state of Maine and sold over $40 million in real estate in 2015. Their systems work. Since 2011, they have launched in Hartford, CT, Naples, FL, Miami, FL, Portsmouth, NH and Twin Cities, Minnesota with plans to open additional teams worldwide.
In January, Universal Properties Network and The Adam Hergenrother Team officially joined forces to create one vision, one brand, one team – Hergenrother Realty Group (HRG). Adam Hergenrother and Universal Properties Network were on the forefront four years ago of what we now call Mega Agent Expansion. As Expansion continues to evolve and grow, so too does HRG.
“The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.” – Socrates

Universal Properties Network Twin Cities at Keller Williams Classic Realty NW proudly introduces one of the newest members of our team, Corey Dykmann!
Corey is a dedicated experienced realtor. Her fundamental belief that home ownership is the foundation of our “American Dream” is what inspired her to become a realtor. She believes that home ownership represents an important cornerstone of personal and our country’s financial growth.
Corey’s first successes included educating first-time homebuyers, assisting them in securing realistic financing, and helping them buy homes that represent solid long-term investments. Corey’s expertise then expanded to REO (bank owned) properties, which has in turn given her the opportunity to work with dedicated investors and renovation specialists.
More than ever, it’s important to select an experienced, hard-working, and trustworthy realtor when you’re considering buying and/or selling real estate. Corey, along with an exceptional team of highly skilled and ethical professionals, would be very proud to represent you in your real estate transactions.

Troy’s practical voice of reason and objective eye helps sellers see outside their personal connection to a property, and helps buyers stay engaged when faced with a multiple-bid situation.
Troy maintains a customer-focused approach and is your advocate and sales coordinator, as well as your marketing director, social media manager and data analyst all in one

Being a part of that journey is why I’m in this business.”
Juliet has gained a wealth of experience on how to handle all facets of real estate throughout the boom and crash of the economy. She is part of the Miami Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Juliet has a lot of experience in foreclosures as well. “I am proud to say that although we have had a faltering economy, I have closed and managed over 100 short sales and REO’s and have been Top Producer for the past 5 years.
